Well, let me tell you a little bit about me and if you want more you are welcome to post any questions you have in the comment section below.   

Since 2009 I am on a constant path of learning and growth. I studied an MSc in Psychology (University of East London) and completed the Coaching Training as well as Certification with the respected Coaches Training Istitute. Today I am a co-active coach and a business owner and I am here to invite young talented people to actively look for what makes them authentically honour their values and have the greatest impact. 

I am having a good life and that I guess is mainly down to me doing what I want and love for most of it.
I grew up in Germany, loved and encouraged by my parents enjoying school and engaged in singing, scouting and sports.
After school I got the traineeship I wanted with the Lufthansa Aviation Group (LH), getting to know many different angles of the fascinating aviation world. My passion for working with people and internationally led me to set foot in London in 2006 to work in people development and internal communications. 

Would you consider leaving a job you like?

I loved my job. And yet, I felt there is more waiting for me. In HR you often get a bit tucked away by management and every now and then I could sense my own values being stepped on by management decisions. I wanted more, more responsibility, more development for myself, more acknowledgement of who I truly am and I knew that the career route was an attractive option but rather than fullfill these needs, it would entangle me in a journey of fighting with expectations, company rules and trying to not loose myself.

At this stage coaching entered my life and being coached helped me to make the decision to start out on my learning journey and go on unpaid leave as well as that it truly shouted at me: 'Laura! In this coaching thing there is something you really want!'

What is your vision in life?

Yes, my vision is for people to connect with what they know and want; and to pioneer that path for other people, so that it becomes a fast spreading desease to truly love yourself, what you do and who and what you are with. Imagine being in touch with your body and the rhythm of life in a way that what you do becomes powerful, fed by wisdom and simply beautiful.


Being on my path is not easy and light all the time, but it is so much richer and in lign with me. Every grudge I hold, every mistake I make, I can choose to learn and evolve from even if it's painful.
