1. We start with a free consultation. 30-40 minutes where we find out what you want out of coaching and you get to experience the power of 15 minutes of coaching.

2. After seemless paperwork, we create a container for our Empowerment sessions and find out what makes you tick and will help you guide your future decisions in a Personal Leadership Plan.
   This is a 2 hr intensive session, which is also powerful as a stand alone session. Consider creating your Personal Leadership Plan if you want to create a vision and foundation for your future endeavours. Get in touch for a free consultation.
3. Empowerment Journey
   In individual sessions of 40 minutes you get to choose the life you want. With deepening questions and fun tools we get to the heart of what fulfills you, gives you agency and responsiveness and what needs to flow in your life. You get to be and stretch into the whole range of yourself and you start to act on your intentions. 

I am the expert in coaching, you are the expert of your life.

I coach in English and German via Skype, telephone or in person (additional charges may occur).
Between sessions we'll be deepening the learning and holding your accountability via e-mail or any other communication means we have agreed.

 

Pricing

Consultation (30-40 minutes) FREE

Personal Leadership Plan (120 minutes) GBP 140

Empowerment Session (40 minutes) 

• Book a one-off or up to 3: GBP 100 per session
• 4 or more sessions: GBP 90 per session
• 6 or more: GBP 80 per session
• 10 or more: GBP 80 per session and the Personal Leadership Plan included.

Even if you only want to book one session at a time, loyalty will be rewarded. The 4th and 5th sessions will be charged at the lower rate of GBP 90, from the sixth onwards at GBP 80.

With most of my clients I work over a period of 3 - 6 months and we hear each other twice or three times a month.
